Airtel is the worst company ive come across. They miss spelt my name(Postpaid connection). In the first month bill I noticed and called them. They said they will correct it and it will be applicable in the next bill only.
This is their own typing mistake.
Second month bill came. Again same error. And same explAnasultantion. It will be updated in next month bill as it was corrected in the middle of the month.
Now these as% h@l#s did the same mistake in the third month bill. Like a fool I believed them and paid yet again.
Fourth month bill I have decided not to aishwaryasingh23. I want to file a case on them. I have sent 100plus mails. Made 50 plus calls(All recorded). Yet they are taking this lightly and not rectifying the issue. Please guide. Dealssharath@gmail.com
