I got an Airtel 4g wifi router two days back. It fom the start had an upload speed of less than .15 mbps. I called the technician. Who provided the router, he told he will come and fix it. Peace. After 1 hour of usage, internet got shut and wifi router started showing no signal. O checked various parts of the house but signal was no where. So I called the customer care.
They told me network was down in Pune for 4hours. Please check after 4 hours and it is a very rare happening. Next morning the network was fine. It was fine the entire day. Next day when I returned home, again wifi router was showing no signal. I called up customer service and got the exact same reply -"network was down in Pune for 4hours.
Please check after 4 hours and it is a very rare happening." I wonder how every next day counts as rare. I get a new connection and I don’t get net when I need it and I have to wait for 4 hours.frustrating in 2 days already.
