Hi friends.now iam sharing my experiences about Airtel 4g broad brand.
Very bad airtel broadband service, customer care is not supportable. Airtel is just a cheat and not future one.
iam a iphone 6s user so I should use LTE, so I start using it, and I have lost all my phone money because 4g netwotk is bad, so my internet switched to 3g and it cut my balance even I have 4G mb balance.
And my IP tv is not working from last 10 days. I have called customer care 100 times in last week, no body comes to repair service.I told those people to just disconnect but sill they are not responding and not sending anybody.
Airtel just knows how to take and make money from customers. Worst service and worst company ever.
All of a sudden the network looses all the signals. Airtel is investing money in adds only not on their network.
