Airtel, a renowned Internet Service Provider claims to give 4G services everywhere. I was an old and long time customer of Airtel. When Jio started to give Free 4G Data to everyone, I thought that, it will not give Best 4G network like Airtel. I didn’t use Jio sim then. I was using 1GB 4G data monthly in Rs. 300-500, when Jio was giving free 4G Data. Due to Best Quality network by Airtel, I was not using Jio.
But, I was wrong. Airtel gives the poorest network ever. Download Speed on Airtel 4G is only 120-200kbps in my area. I contacted customer care executive for network problem, they just tell you that we are improving our network but all in vein.
Airtel offered lucrative offers to my friend. But, when I contacted to them that you are not giving me such offer. Customer care told that you should be an old and royal customer. But, I was using Airtel Sim for long time.
If you have any black money than you can go for Airtel.
PS: Airtel is poorest quality ever.
