Airtel is one of the well known and reputed brands of our country , but it’s service quality is fast degrading.No surprises it has lost a majority of it’s subscriber base to other competitors in the market. My personal experience with airtel has been horrible, I purchased a 4g sim for my new LTE phone, but rarely I noticed full network on the handset, needless to mention the speed of the internet is pathetic.Moreover there is no more a proper customer support contact no. to which one can make a call to report any issue.Ultimately I had to surrender the sim to the shopkeeper from where I purchased atleast he was kind enough to refund back me in full.
