To be honest I have been using airtel as I was fed up with Vodafone, idea and reliance, in the beginning when I ported to airtel I was very much satisfied , the plans were expensive but it dint matter as there were no call drops, the internet connection was fast, and customer support was ok, they gave me 10 gb extra when I called them up and asked for the trouble I faced because of the network, but now I have relocated to a different place, and its been 5 months, I have been calling airtel for the resolution for weak data connectivity, regularly from past 5 months, every time they say they will get it rectified and willl get back to me in 3 days, its been 5 months now I am not getting any resolution, actually the problem is the data connection I am getting is very slow during the day time, it works better after 12 night, but not good at all during day, however the there is no problem with the calls, but data connectivity is bad, I donno know whom else I can turn to, as I have already tried the other operators as more stupid than this one, .
