I bought a 4g router 4months ago, the Airtel salesman gave me assurance of getting 15-20mbps speed, he didn’t even done a setup for WiFi, called customer care n told to deactivate the connection and return my money they straight said no return of cash on hardware!
She transferred the call to her higher official after my stressful talk he said give a chance to clear and gave me discount of 20% for 3months and they will solve in next 3days, its been again and again same calls and feedback, their team says outside network is fine and you can use outside the building! How pathetically answered they mean I have to sit on road and work?
Now when I told to solve they say "sir you can deactivate" when I asked for hardware they said we r not responsible for refund! They cheated me like anything. Never buy their words and never rely on their promises.
