OLD But still not Gold Service Provider

Hello friends, I am using this service provider from last 2 years. Although earlier it was good service provider in terms of speed and Reliability but since start it was costly if you compare with service providers. In terms of brand at and goodwill still its number one, but in current scenario now a days this services are not very up to the mark and customer of this service provider are not very happy. Even I am also planning to discontinue this services due to its low speed, very high price and device cost.


Please refer below points for details.




  1. Internet Speed: As per company claim they provide 50-55 MBPS speed, although practically I am getting only 18-20 MBPS speed, although approx 3-4 months ago I was getting 25-30 MBPS speed. Slowly they have reduced there speed. Not sure why, but actually they have reduced there speed drastically. On the other hand other service providers improved allot in term of services.




At current scenario I am not able to You Tube channel without buffering, so friends you can understand how much speed I am getting from this network,




  1. Connection Reliability: This network is reliable as its know for this, although due to its low speed I am not very interested but still its good.




When I say reliability it means that when ever I try to connect I am able to connect its not like any local service provider where you are unable to connect and you need to do lots of hit and try work.




  1. Support function: Support team is not very good, at there support it seems they dont have experience people, they dont know technical thing which is necessary for them. When ever I call there customer care I always get same type of reply that I need to re start, I need to check my speed. I need to delete few file.




in there customer support mostly they are not able to resolve your query, and when ever you try to speak to there Manager they put you on hold for 30 mins or disconnect your call.




  1. Device charges: Device charges are too high, for this device you need to pay approx 2500, although other service providers provide same device Rs 1000.




  2. Value for money: Due to its speed and high cost I dont feel its value for money so I dont suggest people to purchase this.






Now a days we have very good options where we get good speed, good customer support and cheat price like JIO, IDEA. So people should go for these services.
