Airtel 4G LTE service pathetic

I purchased Airtel 4G LTE in November 2013 at Bangalore. Until about 3 months back the service was good but all of a sudden the service started to go down and I was wondering if my company VPN/network may have issues because I trusted Airtel.


Last month the service was so pathetic that I started to switch over to BSNL broadband as backup and immediately everything was normal. I test for about 2 weeks and everytime Airtel 4G LTE was pathetic.


Last week I log a complaint with Airtel and an engineer comes home to test the connectivity and states that 4G connection is fluctuating between 180 kbps to 0 kbps and takes the reading back to company. I get an update after 2 days that the nearest tower is 320 meters and they have rectified. Without a feedback they close the ticket when I am still facing same issues.


Today I send an email to them asking the reason for closure, they update me that they are not able to enhance the present signal strength as of now and they also have taken my input for their future network planning. Once they come up with a new site, they will update me via relevant media. Now I am left with a waste 4G LTE connection at the mercy of God.
