I have on Airtel network from a long time, as I live in a village Airtel 4G was not available in the last year, in the month of September airtel 4G was made available in my village. Then I started using, the internet speed is not at all fast, the speed is same as the speed offered by the 3G network. The speed wont even cross 1 MB/sec, I thought there might be issue with network speed in my village, to confirm I checked the speed at different places in different cities the speed was the same. The network is not stable at all, it gets disconnected in 4G mode every 2 hrs and switches to 2G network which is terrible when using 4G network for something important. To know what’s the issue with the speed, I spoke to customer care representative many times, every time I speak to customer support member he says to change settings in mobile, however it didn’t work even after changing settings. If I report this issue, he says there might be the problem with handset/ location I am living. To confirm whether there is any issue with my handset, I have tested it on other smartphones too the result was same. There was no change in speed. Airtel 4G is not that fastest and reliable network. They simply make people believe that airtel 4G is the fastest network through advertisements. If you want to experience high speed internet without any network issues, don’t use airtel 4G. I don’t recommend it to anyone
