Airtel has a fraud with me. They have the slowest internet speed, call drop is too much. STD call does not allow me, I recharge 149 which has the free national call but when I try to call it’s not allow me to call. When I call customer care they tell me it is my handset problem. But if I use any other service provider I don’t face these types of problems.
Now they develop 4G LTE, they demand their network is India’s best network but as a user, I think their network is the worst network i.e. internet speed is very slow in my area and call drop is a universal problem.
