Fastest network in India? Balls!!

I had a very good impression about Airtel in the beginning about a year ago but as days passed I started to see their true colours. I bet that Airtel will never be a reliable network. Starting from its network, technical reliability, customer service, call clarity, 4G and all sucks. I live in bangalore and I have been having network issues since March 2018 and I had also filed a complaint regarding same but no one got back to me for more than two months unless they had to collect their monthly payment. Since their business is already self sustainable they have forgotten about the fact that people together make their customers. They are least bothered about the experience their users are facing and have not chosen to spend on maintaining quality rather they are just inclined towards spending their budgets on advertisements which fetchs them more business. You as a common man will never realize this and I am trying to bring this to light ensuring no on like me suffers with Airtel. It is just hell with them, I just want to cut the long story short and quickly tell you my experience with such pathetic network. For about 2 months nobody from their end bothered about the issues I had even after spending more than an hour each day calling their customer support team but after a month I just started receiving about 5 to 10 calls everyday to make the payment. My question is simple, if can make 10 calls asking a customer to make payment, why don’t you call them once addressing the issue faced by the them. According to me all the commercials you see about it claiming to be India’s fastest network is all bullshit. I have used multiple services from Vodafone to Idea to Aircel to many more which is out there in the market but this is the only network where I have had most issues from billing to their network to their customer support and I can keep going on about this. People, don’t choose Airtel they are just running their business to make their revenue without having a slightest motto towards customer satisfaction. To prove, there use to be a customer satisfaction survey after your call to their customer support team and now you’ll not find it.
