In India Airtel proclaims its company to be the fastest ISP on Ookla internet speed test, this is where I think they are misleading everyone.
Internet speed is average like only 1.2mbps in my city, Kolkata, which is not even half the speed of my Jio sim. Internet speed is poor and the internet recharges of Airtel 4G are very expensive considering its poor internet speed. The packages are so expensive that a average person cannot even properly afford it.
Though the Connection and reliability of Airtel 4G is very good, connection has never an issue for me, as Airtel 4g gives signals in high place like Sikkim’s mountains, which are about 1, 2000fts above the ground, which is very good from Airtel 4G, connection is also very realible with no major issues or call drops.
Airtel service center is very fast, encouraging and responsive which is very goof from Airtel. They try to resolve issues as soon as possible which is very nice of them and I appreciate their behavior and response towards their users.
But the only problem is Internet speed, which is very low, atleast in my city, Kolkata.
