Airtel the brand is big but it seems that its service is inversely proportional to it.
I am a type of person who commutes very often. And it has been a pathetic experience for me using the Airtel services.
Its 4G technology is only available in the cities and not in the neighbouring areas. They haven’t even worked on it as Jio is working.
The speed is very fluctuating and downloads aren’t possible as the speed drops to large extent when you do it close to 300Kbps instead of 2 MBPS
Don’t rely on this connection as it can deceive you during the time pf emergency.
Calling up the customer are is yet another problem. You are kept on hold for a very long time and they don’t respond to your problems fast. It obviously takes a month to get your problems solved.
Avoid it at all costs.
