I am a victim of harassment by Airtel just because I made the mistake of taking their 4 G dongle in Bangalore. After getting the connection, I realized that the network was erratic in Yashwantpur area and doesnt connect most of the time. So I Requested Airtel to disconnect my service as I also had a Docomo dongle which was working fine.
First they told me that I have to complete minimum time of 2 months to cancel the service though I am not getting any service at all. after paying up Amount(Rs.) - 1400.0 with Transaction ID - 90428447 in September and requesting for immediate cancellation, they still didnt do the cancellation.
Again I got a reminder to pay up more money because they didnt do the cancellation as per my request and is asking me to pay for services which I havent availed in the first place . Now I am getting calls from random numbers threatening me to pay up after I moved out of Bangalore a month back.This is the highest form of irresponsibility, fraud and customer harassment. Airtel- Never again
