Im staying at Bangalore AECS layout. I was having an airtel postpaid number for around one year. It was 600 plan for which I used to get 500 mins of talk time free. I hardly got clear network connectivity during that one year. Insect I complaint to the Airtel customer care centre more than 6 time during this tenure via customer care. The job customer care is to spoil the time of customer and keep them wrong impression that they are in the phase of maintenance and fix the issue very soon. They will keep you engaged in asking lots of Technical and nontechnical question and finally you will get frustrated. Every time they gave me a commitment that some of the representative will come to my room and check the network connectivity. But they never come to my room and check the network connectivity and without doing anything simply close the ticket. Finally after getting irritated I simply switch to Vodafone until then I am getting better service. I am request on the customer not to take a airtel connection in Bangalore at least. There are customer care centres are also useless and when you reach the customer care centre they provide another phone line to talk via phone and do not entertain the customer.
