In Bangalore, I took the Airtel 4G connection. I used the poor service for 5 months and then decided to disconnect. I called Airtel on January 10, 2013. I keep getting bills. Talked to billing department countless times nothing helped me to terminate the service.
Airtel sent my bill to their collection department... they harassed me for 15 minutes. I called the billing department who assured me that I will be all set. The story is going on last three months so does the bills keep coming. Got bunch of calls from Airtel marketing - asking why I want to disconnect? Why I don’t give the connection to my friend or family members!
If you want lifetime commitment with Airtel 4G, you may go for it. But remember - you use it or not, you are committed to pay the bill… they will collect the bills from your children after you die!!!!
