This is my experience of porting to airtel 4g network after falling prey to there fraudulent TV commercial for fastest 4G network. They lack basic Customer Service potential, and they are talking about fastest netwrok technology. I email to customer service after my number being put to trash for more than 48 hours
"I have been using this number since last 3 yrs and now ported this number to Airtel after seeing your TVC for fastest 4G network.
I was surprised to see the irresponsible behaviour from Airtel Customer Support team since morning, porting the number has turned out to be a nightmare for me.
Ever time I call the customer service have only one statement "You number is ending Activation and will take 4 hours to activate" after every 4 hours its the same story, Now I called airtel 121 3rd time since 3 days and same statement by mr neeraj @6:20 am.
Does airtel understand the significance of a person’s number being put to hold for so many hours?"
have a customer support that’s nothing more than dumb ppl to waste with customers time? Can’t you employ smart ppl?
I hope this email is treated with urgency and smartly rather than same ridiculous way of Airtel’s incapacity to service customer and fraudulent TVC pertaining to IPC 420"
No reply recieved after several hours
NEVER EVER PORT TO AIRTEL, they are just good in hiring models and creating marketing campaigns there service is really a big ZERO, now there customer support also told me that they do not have 4G for entire Navi Mumbai only few places.
Airtel does not have service in Pune, as per the confirmation given by there customer service(Service Request#67443835), they are using vodafone network in pune
