I have recently user Airtel for around 4-5 months and I am literally fed up of the network coverage. Most of the areas in my city aren’t covered by airtel, forget about internet I am not even able to receive calls despite of having 2 network bars. Only a few areas are properly covered under their network(which gives internet speed of aroung 25 MbPS as per ookla). I also had a word with the customer care executives about me getting my number ported, but was annoyed by their reply stating that(agar aapko network ke issues aa rahe hai to thik hai aap port karva lijiye) looks like they don’t care for their customer. I was happy with the internet speed from Airtel but disgusting consistency. Hope they will improve in future.
