Pl be very careful when U go in for the 4G hotspot from Airtel. The hardware malfunctions and it will work only when you connect the same with your laptop with wire, for this you can very well go in for a dongle .
This piece from Airtel is so stupid, that I purchased it from Uttarhalli outlet(Rs 2300) and when it started to malfunction, none of them were able help me.
They gave a sorry look and even refused to replace it as it was just 2 months old, all that they can do was only do sales there. Then you ask them for service center, that also they won’t give you. You will have to call their call center and go thru all those doors.
They answer they gave me was to go to their DVG road service center otherwise. When I went to buy both hands were folded and I was welcomed, when I had a problem all were missing.
Hubble request to all its is such a stupid piece and do not even have a idea to buy it, you will not get the service from them.
