My experience with wifi hotspot is very bad
The sales guy charged 3000 for the device where it was available for 2300 on snapdeal( I checked after paying the guy)
The wifi hotspot if kept idle for 10-15 mins doesn’t connect back to internet, it ony shows limited connectivity unless device is restarted. Yes I have tried router sleep optin set to Never Sleep.
The 4G network keeps dropping every 30-40 mins. Very annoying
I have tried replace the SIM on technician suggestion the situation is till the same.
Airtel says that the cannot replace the hotspot device with the router. Airtel should have some process to satisfy the customers/
Basically once bought you this device you are stuck.
