It’s been one month since I’ve purchased a airtel 4g hotspot, which turns out to be faulty, and even after giving repeated complaints its still not been replaced.
Pathetic sales people, no manners or etiquette about how to deal with a customer. Customer care people just Keep transferring your complaint from one dept. to another, without actually doing anything about it. Nobody ready to take any responsibility. Would have given less than 1 star if there was an option.
