Using for one year, and would suggest against 4g
1) charges are without tax and expect 200-700Rs extra which they dont disclose
2) after the first few month, usage shown is incorrect and expect spiked bills by 1 - 2k even when their own portal shows usage is within limit.
3) no assistance and all they will say is its totally automated and hence correct
4) their portal is full of bugs and my account credentials was mixed with another user! Wonder how efficient the automated billing will be then.
5) kept getting high bills and finally had to disconnect after paying~2.5k to 3k every month on a continuous basis even when I was out of station and visited home for a day or two.
6) they wont throttle speed after limit crosses, instead they will charge you a couple of thousands!
7) even when you dont exceed they will still charge you in thousands and claim its all automated and they wont be able to assist.
while speed was good the billing is faulty and every other month will burn a huge hole in pocket even with minimal usage.
