BullShit Customer Service- Lier Field Visitors

I logged a compliant with Airtel 4G LTE customer service - 66082398 on 31st October since my internet suddenly stopped working. The online Technical support personnel guided me some steps which I did but yet the connection was not resorted. He said he will get a field visitor come to my house. I have been following up almost every day and asked them for a urgent response since this was stopping me from my office work.


The field visitor called me on 3rd and asked me to explain the issue. He mentioned he will come home and check the device. He also mentioned he will call back on what needs to be done if my connection has to be restored. After this call, he never picked up any of my calls. Durign the conversation he mentioned the number seems to be blocked and he has sent email to backend support team.


Today(5th November), when I called the help desk, they mentioned that the comments shows as "Field executive visited customer place, Device issues and is out of warranty. Customer is not willing to buy new device".


This was one of ridiculous response I could get after following up so many times and promises made that the issue will be resolved. Customer Service person asked me to take the device to 4G outlet if I wanted issue to resolve. They are saying this after 5 days of wait and loss of my income.
