I was using Airtel PostPaid and paid approximately 5k for this fancy like number.

I went to the airtel store and ask them to convert my card from postpaid to prepaid. The representative has accepted my bill payment, asked for the docs and additional 50 Rs for prepaid card with a BIG FAKE smile. Asked me to check within 24 hours and prepaid will start working.
I checked after 1 day it was not working, on the second day I had visited the store and they told me that they have made a mistake, made a drama, asked for new docs, just replaced sim and asked me to wait for another 24 hours. after another 24 hours, they are telling there is a system error and sent an email.
My mobile number shows temporarily out of service in Airtel. I can see their drama to steal my fancy number for which I have paid a lot.
