Let me tell you I was one of the old users of the AIRTEL network. In those days Airtel was good and it is only good network service provider.
But actually it was like cheating us we didn’t know that because we have no other equal good networks.
U know I used to recharge my data like 1gb for 150 or 200RS something like that and top of that it wouldn’t have any stable connection at all.
Its internet speed and the connectivity is just waste. I mean even now I sometimes use Airtel but its still not improved a bit.
The only thing in which they improved is only in their Ads.
Soo many ads unnescessary, If they would have spent their money in really providing good service to their customers instead in the ads then atleast it would be great.
And the customer support as well. Totally bad when u call a customer care they would never pick up only computerized voice for a long time, then still if u keep on trying after 5 or 10 times then only they pick up and then also they wouldn’t exactly solve u the situation for the most part.
CONCLUSION: in my experience with Airtel in all these years I am sure that Airtel regardless of how famous it is, It is a poor network service provider I have seen till now.
