As Airtel markets and advertises on TV that it is India’s fastest 4G network, so I thought of using and testing it. My sister uses airtel4g Sim and I borrowed her sim card for some days to check whether the service and speed airtel4g is the same as they advertise on TV and I found out that it is definitely not as their proclaim it to be.
The speed of the network is not at all consistent and varies throughout the day as well as the speed of the network is not that high speed as they say it to be. I was left stuck in the middle of my downloads due to their inconsistent speed and connection error.
The connection reliability of Airtel 4G I won’t say is great as I had to face numerous connection errors during my terms of use as well as the speed was inconsistent which lead to time delays as well as makes you uncomfortable on its use.
Even the service and support staff of Airtel are not that Cooperative as I called them twice to report my connection error issue as well as the fact that my speed was dropping but they said it was a temporary issue but it did not last temporarily rather my sister had to replace Airtel with Reliance jio.
