I Am a Airtel 4G LTE Consumer since March 2015. I purchased the Modem Instantly on seeing the Speeds offered by Airtel. Arranging a Demo also Was not an issue. It was Prompt and so was the connection. But, the only area where Airtel seems to be Customer Friendly and Efficient is Sales and Billing. Regarding Providing Service after Sales, Airtel is Pathetic.
From Day 1 I had issued regarding Connectivity. The Connection Gets Lost and I have to reset Modem several Times before I get the Signal Again. I posted a Complaint on the Third Day of Buying the Connection after which I was given a complaint Number and A Site Visit was done by the Engineer. He initially said there was a problem with the Modem, but after some Deliberation, he said that the Network is Weak. My Reaction was like "What the hell, Your Demo Guy Came here, did a connectivity check, did a speed test and on his assurance that the Connectivity and Network is available in my area, I purchased it.!" Now in 3 days what happened that the Connectivity issues have come up?
The engineer had no answer but he promised to work in the issue and get back. That was the last I heard of him or from Airtel. I persisted with few more days assuming that help would come from some Corner. But, alas. Nothing helped. I again called up the call center and enquired about the status of my complaint. The reply that I received was Issue is Solved complaint closed. I begged the Customer care to raise another Complaint. The new complaint too met the same end. It was Closed within 2 days citing issue Resolved. Guys, Now I have stopped complaining. Am resetting the Device every 45 Mins to work with the net. Extremely pathetic. dont Buy at all. PS.
