I was having Airtel 4G in Pune. Every month I was facing high data Utilization. Later I investigate and found my connection was shared by other user.
Airtel provide one connection to 2 users and charging RS 2200/- from both of us, every month for shared connection.
After my escalation, they did some changes, but later I terminated the connection. Since they had broken the customer’s trust on company.
