I am using airtel 4g 399 plan in this I get 1gb 4g for daily use.due to heavy use my 1gb, 4g data expires at 11.am. so I recharged with 51 for extra 1gb for 1 day. Recharge is sucessful and money debited from my account. But when I tried to open any app found data is not working, so I called customer care about that issue and tell them about my issue.so they said due to techniacal issue I will get my data within 4 hours.but I did not get data.so I again called them and sent screen shot of data balance.but get same answer wait for 4 hours.so I called them to revert money and don’t do that recharge.aftet all of this at 11.47 pm I got my recharge with a validity if 13 minutes. So now you tell what I do with that recharge.today I am called them and tell them all issue but still not get any solution. So I told you don’t believe on customer care service.they are providing very poor service.
