I am using this company internet facilites, they will say data rates are low and offering excellent speed but I will share my experienced with you all.
I am using this facilites from 3 months speed on this is very low we can’t watch a single video or quickly send and recieve messages on facebook and whatsapp.
I found that it gives maximum speed of 179 kb per second for downloading which is very bad even my jio sim has good speed of 1.5 mb per second on downloading.
I called customer care many times, finally the engineer visited and set it up again and said speed will be increased.
but speed is as it is, internet speed and services are slow and bad.
I didn’t like this services and I will not suggest it to anyone.
