I have recharged my Mobile on 7th June 2021, 5 days in advance before the expiry of my previous validity which ends on 11/06/2021. So that the current recharge will reflect from 12/06/2021 onward. What Airtel have done is that they have ignored the previous validity and activated from 7th June itself. This way I have lost 5 days of validity. I by chance noticed this, otherwise who knows. This way they cheat the customers. When reported, no any proper response given , just avoiding me saying this and that. So, please beware of this kind of cheating from Airtel. God knows Sofar how many of us have already been trapped.
