I get cheated by airtel sales rep.(mobile no. 779593xxxx) I been offered high speed connection plans 8 mbps & above. I have been told- other than these plans none other plans available in my area.
Assured the service within 3 working days.
It is more than 4 weeks no one turned up so far & sales rep is not available to ans. Calling customer care & writing them found no use. Neither ready to provide the service nor agree to repay the money.
Recently I spoke to a technical team member of airtel through some reference. He informed me that none of these high end plans are available in my area -JP nagar, Bangalore. They just sell these plans & ask the service team to provide low end connections(4mbps & below). However currently, due to lot of complaints, the service team deny implementing such sales orders.Beware of this cheating . don’t get trapped.!
