The OTP delivery model for high priced product is just to safeguard their interest. At that cost customer is worst sufferer. From customer service to ceo amit, no one will respond on your complaint. In fact there is no window in amazon.in site for written complaint and chatting/phone calls are fooling keeping no thread or reference. CS is specially trained on such fooling practice.

In my case it is more than 3 months. Very arrogant customer care. No online status update. False delivery date promise. Worst branch & cheaters by profession. Now I cancelled my order & now creating issue on refund as well!

Even here all full positive rate IDs have only single activity. Others have multiple! Vijay wont return the old parts. His estimate does not say what he replaced.
