Thank God, if you do not have Airtel !!

I have subscribed to Airtel Broad Band. The connectivity is Horrible and the Service is pathetic. Most of the time the connection is down.


Last time when I lodged a complaint field executive from Airtel visited home and declared that the Modem is out of Order and I was advised to get the same replaced. When I was about to place order @ 121 the broad band suddenly started working, Today (23rd Jul’11), once again I called up to complain, a complaint reference number is given with an assurance that the complaint would be attended to before 2nd Aug’11.


A clear 10 days to attend complaint on broad band connectivity, it is just un-believable and ridiculous. It is not only with the broad band, I have problem with their DTH and 3G as well. If you have not tried Airtel, please do not even think of trying just thank GOD.


From the way they handle customtakeouter calls, looks like Airtel has problem with basic attiMr_customtakeouter towards consumers.
