thanks for the info. i am not at all rating the product as installation is still pending but the care for consumers of the company is in question.
you will know the consumers problems when you really encounter one. when you start hearing to diffrent voices at the customer care cell and voices that do not care about what you are going through
how can they have a installation engineer in the field with out contact number ?? my installation is still pending
i am yet to recieve any rsponse from the tata sky !!! so what do you advise ??
