Incorrect bill. Request not resolved.

I got a broadband bill of Rs. 3/- this month. I wrote to airtel customer and even called them.They lodged the service request on 7th dec which is expected to resolve by 14th dec. Today is 19th dec and the request is still open. If you call customer care, they are busy crying.


I would say the service and gone horrible in bangalore.


Overall, Airtel sucks.
