I used Airtel broadband for nearly two years and my overall experience was pleasant. Their speed is nothing to write home about - average at best, and too pricey for that. But the reliability takes the cake. I suffered just about 3-5% downtime in 2 years.
Customer support is great - complete resolution, follow ups, feedback.the works. Impressive. The local support engineer gives you his cell no to reach him for any further help.so I never really had to spend much time with their helpline. This guy, and later his successor, were both competent and very courteous.
After applying for disconnection, my matter was handled peacefully and correctly. Once I paid the dues, I got just one last bill as promised, and they never bothered me after that.
Overall, recommended for home users who need peace of mind Internet. Power users are better off with BSNL.with all its quirks!
