I am using airtel for many years now. The good part is that I can really dont remember calling customer service for connectivity issues. However, for quite few months they have been quite aggressive in selling their speed on demand. As soon you are done with the high speed quota you are redirected to a page where you are given a choice of buying a package or continue with the same plan.
However, its not actually a choice, you are redirected to this page on daily basis if your choice is to continue with the same plan.
Isnt it a pressure tactic ?
