The equipment quality is very inferior. I had to change remotes every 6 months. Had to change the power adapter twice in the past 3 years.There are stupid people in charge at their call center. They just don’t care or get back to you.The packages are completely useless. You are forced to choose an expensive package. that is the way they are structured.
They keep displaying commercial ad messages(their own). which you have to remove by pressing several buttons on the remote. A big problem for senior citizens. Nobody shows up even after weeks of registering a complaint. You have to constantly keep calling and reminding them.Therefore changed the dth provider recently. Will never buy an Airtel product ever.
