Seems like things are moving in the right direction. They have agreed to refund the amount. Lets see whether they abide by what they say
They finally returned the money to my a/c after 5 months and countless emails. After that they called me and wanted me to write good things about my experience !!!! as in how they returned the money back and resolved the issue !!!!!!! Bunch of idiots
After writing on mouthshut.. FAY resolved the issue speedily and satisfactorily.
