I bought a Airtel Digital TV SD connection on 24th May for Rs 1790 online and installation done on 25th May. Till this point service is OK. Now the tamasha starts.
I can not contact their phone number because my cust id or mobile number is not recognized, I can not register on their website because of same reason. This is fraud - after payment and installation, my id or phone number is not recognized. My Cust id is 3012549009. I rang up their cust service number 12150 many many times but no respite - every time they promise but nothing happens. Without the cust id not recognized, how can I recharge my subscription?
On the day of paying online Rs 1790/ it was promised that I will get Rs 250 cash back because I have registered online - where is that money? Airtel Digital TV is a cheat with worst customer service. Please ever never go towards it. I think we should complain for it service.
