Snapdeal is full fraud and attracts cheating cases because of their business practices. Never ever buy from them. I have similar experience. I ordered Philips steam iron under Order no 1291430310. it was delivered in a damaged condition. They asked for photos for the proof which I have sent. Not only cancelling, they fail ti deliver many times. Their call center center says that they are flooded with orders and not able to cope up with the rush. If so, close down the shop. Nothing new. Flipkart is over confident. This is high time, everybody start avoiding it. When we are big cities and have access to malls and shops, it is foolish to go to Flipkart and get cheated on their schedules. If we go, go for CoD rather than on advance payment - to that extent, we are saved.

Quick update - even on 14 July 2013, no response from Flipkart. I think they closed down their shop. Customers can go to other e-commerce sites as Flipkart is useless but what about . . .

If at all anybody orders at their own risk on Flipkart, then always go for Cash on delivery so that we will have some control and may cancel the order any time. if we pay in advance - we are struck!
With so many comments on Airtel Digital TV, my bad luck I bought it again. This is high time, every body come together and fight against them. I could not talk to their bosses as none are available. Only telecallers who can not solve your problems.
