Airtel DTH (Bharti Airtel Ltd) (Bharti)

We recently had a very bad experience with our new Airtel DTH.

We switched over from Tatasky to Airtel DTH, ended up loosing a lot of features tatasky conveniently provided.

If you buy Airtel DTH today you will not be able to do the following

1. You will not be able to record future TV programs beyond 2 days.

   
   




2. You will be able to record a TV program only if you are watching it.

   
   




3. Recording the TV program using Airtel App will not be available.

   
   

All these 3 features are not available only now. They used to be available for old airtel customers but those technology boxes are not available now.

Added to these missing features:

The Interface provided with the Internet STB Box is very poor, slow and irresponsive.

Internet STB Box frequently got disconnected from internet.

Added to this, the refund(not mentioned to me yet) will not include the 2 STB Costs but only the balance available in the account
