No transparency in billing. Poor customer support who never think about customers *Try various method to harass customers by giving multiple calls from different number.
My case:
Incorrect billing from Airtel for the connection no: 9840287706. I have used only 4.5 GB which was within the limit of my plan, as shown in the airtel dashboard in statistical section. They have billed me with extra usage the same has been paid on 29/05/12 and the proof payment reference no: 739221. There was numerous calls for payment before. There is no transparency in airtel billing system and all input shown in the bill are incorrect.
