Messed up. Is TRAI listening??

I have been using this stupid airtel connection since 2 years. they are a bunch of lying thieves. If the payment is delayed by even one days, they are very prompt to disconnect the line, but if they goof up on the billing, then it can take upto one life time for it correct.


The problem is that even the other service providers are no better. My friends have tried spice over here and also BSNL and the same problems exists across board. Sometimes it improves and then again relapses. I do know what is the use of providing broadband services and 3G services when the basic service still lacks such a lot in performance and deliverables.


What is required is for TRAI to set up also a customer line and if there are more than a certain number of complaints against a said service provider then there should a provision in law to initiate class action suit against that service provider which can then lead to a substantial fine or suspensiion of license. But is TRAI listening?
