I agree with Cheekanthu. I had a problem with airtel in august last year. It took some persisting, but finally it did get solved. I think what helped in my case is I spoke to some nodal officer there and that helped to resolve. I would suggest the same to you. Good luck.

Thanks for your comment kiran. I completely agree with what you say. The need of the hour is less corporatisation and more individual based business. These people grow too big for our good.
