Worst service and an unreachable Customer Support

The worst thing about the Airtel mobile service is its unreachable Customer Support executives. Most of the times it tells me that this call to the Customer Support executive is going to cost me 50 paise for every 3 minutes and then hangs up. It is completely unacceptable as all of these times I really wanted to talk to the Customer Support executive for issues I was facing - but there is no way.


Nowadays, Airtel has also stared pushing those flash messages with the "Cancel" and "Accept" buttons to enable some service. On an iPhone it is very probable to mistakenly press that Accept button and end with charges for some nonsense service that they are going to start.


In the area that I stay in Pune for all the last 3 years, the signal quality is not good and often there are call drops and frequent low signal periods.Airtel is simply unacceptable and I am soon going to migrate to Idea.
