Another time that I ordered aluminum card holders, I was presented with 2 units both of which had dents and broken plastic parts. I'll say the quality check of this company is totally non-existent.
Oh I've had a headache with SnapDeal's delivery. They are very untimely. I just has an Elizabeth Arden delivered in over 2 weeks.

You should certainly port to another service provider. Airtel's dealing with customers are absolutely unacceptable.

If you are using the 2G network, then go to Settings > Wireless and networks > Mobile networks and ensure that Use only 2G networks is enabled (checked). That saves some battery.
