Wrong Airtel GPRS Billing

I have Airtel connection postpaid from past 4 years. Till the time I was just using for calling and messaging everything was fine.


I had activated corporate 99 unlimited GPRS plan on my connection past 4 months ago. Every billing cycle they charge the GPRS for zero rental plan. I have to make complain to tell them I have plan activated on my mobile and they revert the charges.


Now after 4 months they are denying that no such plan is activated and I have to pay the charges for current bill. I would suggest that keep a confirmation email with you when u activate GPRS plan on your mobile. It will be sure that GPRS extra charges would come to your bill. It’s way of harassing customer. Also, customer care is really bad in responding to your queries.
